1) Ordering & Payment

Orders are confirmed by email after checkout.

Need to change size/color/address? Contact us before the order ships and we’ll do our best to help.
2) Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Usually 1–3 business days (custom/pre-order items may vary).

Transit Time: Varies by destination and shipping method. A tracking number will be provided once shipped.

Duties/Taxes: International orders may incur import duties or taxes, payable by the recipient. Please ensure a valid address and contact number for smooth delivery.
3) Color, Size & Heat-Styling Guidance

Color: Due to screen/lighting/lot variations, slight color differences are normal in the wig industry. Color charts and basic guidance are available—ask our support team.

Sizing: Most caps are adjustable. Please measure your head (circumference, ear-to-ear, front-to-nape) using our guide before ordering.

Heat: For synthetic fiber, keep tools ≤ 160°C / 320°F. Human hair can be dyed or heat-styled; we recommend professional service for best results.
4) Returns & Exchanges (Hygiene Policy)
To protect all customers, we follow a strict but fair hygiene policy:

Eligible: Request within 14 days of delivery; item must be unused, unwashed, unstyled, lace uncut, with original net, tags, and packaging intact.

Not Eligible (including but not limited to):

Worn items or visible wear/signs of styling products or fragrance

Cut lace, dyed/heat-styled/trimmed items

Custom sizes/colors and final-sale/clearance items

Care consumables (wig caps, combs, adhesives, removers, etc.)

Wrong/Defective Item: If there’s a clear manufacturing defect or we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video. We’ll prioritize a replacement or a refund.

Exchanges (color/length/density): Please contact support first for available options. For non-quality reasons, return & reship costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
5) Order Cancellation & Intercept

You may cancel or modify an order before it ships. Once a parcel is released to the carrier, we cannot intercept it. Please watch tracking updates and coordinate with your local carrier for delivery.

7) Disclaimer

A small amount of shedding can occur due to hand-tied ventilation and transit static; gentle detangling helps.

Minor variations in density/curl between batches are normal in hand-crafted products and within industry tolerance.
